Attention:  The Directors of the WPBA have been doing double and triple duty for quite a while now and unless we get some new volunteers we may be forced to eliminate some divisions and/or teams.  Please contact Steve (stevedwyer621@yahoo.com) if you can give us some help.

2010 FALL SEASON MEETINGS

NOTE: The WPBA Fall Season sign up meeting (all Town Baseball Directors must be in attendance(coaches are welcome) will be held Thursday @ 7:30pm on Aug 26, 2010 @ Reis Park, Somers, NY.  This is the meeting when each town declares how many teams they are entering into the fall season, the money is paid and the field availability, coaches sheets are handed in to the various League Directors.  

The following divisions will be offered for the fall season if enough teams are available to fill out the divisions and we can get some help to run them:

9-only; 10u, 11u, 12u, 12 (12-yr-olds-60/90 diamond), 13-only, 14u, 16u, 19u

As always, in the fall, roster batting is permitted as a team option prior to the start of a game.

Please get in touch with me ASAP in regards to the 19u as if indications are that we cannot run the division we must give the teams that are interested a chance to play elsewhere.

1-You must bring Field Availability.

2-Coaches Names and Contact Information.

3-Baseball orders and payment for teams and baseballs.

 This is the only meeting before the schedules so there will not be any team additions after the 26th...

 The “Coaches” Breakout meeting (all coaches MUST be in attendance) will be held the following Thursday @ 7:00pm September 2, 2010 at the same location. This is the meeting when the fall schedules will be handed out.

Opening schedule;                           Friday Sept. 10, 2010-pm (if  lights available)

Full time season (Weekends)starts;        Saturday Sept. 11, 2010

Fall Season ends;                                      Sunday Oct. 17, 2010

Playoffs                                                     Oct. 22-pm (if lights available)
